Is Pennsylvania the only state headed to Supreme Court? Didn't other states receive ballots after deadline? What about the provisional ballots in Michigan? The military ballots in Georgia?

They have to put together a case. They are doing that as we speak for multiple states.

Exactly. There are Trump lawyers in many states.

A few states have volunatarily did a recount. Pennsylvania is the only one who has not been cooperative.

Pa was up in scotus before election. That’s where the ruling to segregate ballots received after 8pm came from. Scotus felt it didn’t have enough time to make ruling before election.
