I'm not a lawyer, but from what I understand, Rudy's got one helluva good case behind this that is brewing for quite sometime. I think the more immediate objective is to get Trump into office, but a bigger objective would be to start the process of reforming the election process to ensure nothing like this happens again for a long time, if ever.
