ES&S needs to be looked at. They control 60% of the market and sold part of their business to Dominion in 2010. Significant history of fraud in the early 2000s. Partly owned by Chuck Hagel and just last year, they were accused of audit issues in PA. I'm interested in seeing what shenanigans their internet connected machines were doing.
