I think rally’s while lawsuits are going on is a recipe for disaster. This makes me uneasy. Every word, every comment, will be gone through with a fine comb.
I honestly think it is a shrewd play. Judges and Justices are still people and people are prone to persuasion. We've seen the destruction and murderm BLM and Antifa will go to all summer long. That will weigh on the the Judges and Supreme Court's mind as they weigh the legal issues.
Showing that there are millions upon millions of citizens who will likely not be very happy to think that the voting system is hopelessly corrupt is a nice counter-narrative to the destructive socialists.
