There is 36% of the ballots left according to this. 36% is 2,830,518 ballots. Currently it says Joe Biden leads 3,358,920 to 3,315726. So on the final ballots, Biden beat out Trump 1,488,910 to 763,052... Okay. But that now = 2,251,962 out the 2,830,518 "remaining ballots".
