Sorry, but I really need to vent.
I am just disgusted with everything I see right now. People on Facebook, Twitter I've known IRL for decades, and then the media with the way it treats the president. These networks simply cut him off the other day, and it's just vile. These people are vile. My friends are vile. These elected officials are vile. I'd never thought I'd see something like this in my lifetime.
I really don't know how it has gotten this far, and I don't really see a solution. I've altered my life to stop using companies sympathetic to this garbage woke, anti-American agenda...people just cheat, lie, rob and steal and there are no longer consequences. The criminals are the heroes. The law abiders are the criminals. If I speak up I just get drowned in hate...by people I've known forever.
And I don't trust the courts to do the right thing, either. Look around at the trend, why would they? Nothing seems to be standing in the way of this cliff these lunatics have driven us off of. We have politicians with millions of followers making enemy "lists" now.
This isn't about a Trump loss as much as it is over the past year seeing how awful people really are, the hatred, how we have been lied to by EVERYONE, and how others blindly follow whatever lies they're told while the rest of us are forced to circle the drain with them. It's sad and terrifying. It's all broken. And the people who want this crap will never accept responsibility when it all eventually turns against them.
I've voted in nearly every election since I was of legal age. Every single one. I've been on the winning side and I've been on the losing side, and it has always been "Congrats to the winner, hey we'll try again next time." Depending on what happens in the coming weeks, I doubt I'll vote again in my lifetime. What's the point?

I mentioned this to someone the other day. If the Lewinsky thing happened today, no one would ever hear about it because we now have a spineless soy fed press who would never allow any inkling of leftist impropriety escape into the public.
They fought it then too. Drudge released it with the evidence that could not be ignored. So the press attacked Drudge and Linda Tripp. The press reported on anything in sight to avoid blaming their beloved Clintons, but there was no one to oppose them. Rush was told what to do around 1993, when he got too close on Vince Foster. After that he pimped for NAFTA and talked about the Steelers.
