US citizens living abroad enjoy full federal voting rights, regardless of how long they have lived abroad. In addition, 36 states, plus the District of Columbia, allow US citizens who have never resided in the US to vote in the respective state based on where their parent or legal guardian was last registered. However some states restrict overseas voters to vote only in federal elections (Presidential, etc) or vote only if the voters have not registered or voted in another state previously.
Can confirm, this is definitely shunfeng kuai di (顺丰快递)
WTF!!!
edit: ah, maybe just a mail in ballot. Very strange to see a chinese courier used, the US. Consulate usually advises some form of expedited Fedex shipping.
Japan pede here. We were given the option of receiving a pre-paid envelope to send it in (I requested that for the midterms, and by the time I actually received it the election was finished) or mailing it to the Embassy and having them send it in (which I did this year). China is a very different country, but I don't see anyone sending things by a parcel like this.
I hear you about how it showed up late. In 2016, I tried casting a vote for GEOTUS.
I requested my absentee 2 1/2 months early.
It showed up 2 months after the election. It was eye opening for sure. Government = slow. Not dependable. I already knew that, it was just a reminder how hard WE gotta work to make Government work.
One huge issue I see is why anybody would use a Chinese courier. No repercussion for mail fraud or tampering, for one.
It's also (culturally) kinda strange for a red-blooded American to opt to use a Chinese courier. We are conditioned to use Fed Ex.
My only guess here is that it's a Chinese national that has American citizenship and is currently in China. They might be more mentally prone to using a national Chinese carrier.
Those of us who live in Asia (or anywhere else overseas) have to send our ballots using local post or couriers. I've seen this one picture dozens of times now. It's just as likely to be a vote for Trump. A lot of overseas workers are self-employed/business owners who are not fed by MSM. I would imagine they lean Trump.
send it to trumps team, i submitted this to them the other day
I can't believe the twists and turns this is taking
Expatriate votes

3.5 years spent on Russian election meddling but no time spent on this?

If we managed to get on camera the one person who really mailed via a Chinese courier, that would be one hell of a coincidence.
It's China. Time to flush their economy down the toilet.
For sure.

Anyway I've kinda beat a horse here.

Don't get me twisted. Suspicious AF. But, could it be an absentee ballot for a legal US citizen that is actualy in China for business?
That packet looks pretty thick for something containing a sheet of paper.
True that

That actually makes sense, thanks.
WTF would be an understatement. Probably just some Biden/Harris crack pipes for the counters to keep them strung up counting all night.
This was getting posted on here Thursday. Some pedes say it is possible it was an international ballot from ex military who reside in China.
I'm not 100% sure on that though.
I am sure its been posted on here alot and nothing more has come from it
