Must admit, I can't grasp this.

The Benford's law, I understood that and was a very early spreader of that info (I believe I tipped off Scott Adams but can't be sure as he never replied - but he did tweet about it around 20 mins after my email to him).

But this - Greek to me.

Its quiet simple actually.

He saying that if mail in vote was overall 60/40 Biden-Trump then as time goes on the returns would ALWAYS come in right around 60/40. That is because the overall mix gets sorted around through various mail facilities.

They followed this rule in all the states until they realized they were massively behind in swing states. Then the 60/40 started going straight to 80/20 or 100/0.

Since you put it that way - yeah, I can grasp that. Sounds like real-time human intervention in the voting process.
