Search 1: A search of any active cellphone at the suspect voting locations, ie 2 mi radius of the cell towers on election night. Will generate tens of thousands. Search parameter 2: calls/text BETWEEN these locations on election night. Sort by "connections"; top of the list will be the numbers that match the criteria and also communicated with each other, forming a network.
