They should have been. Mail in ballots should have been received and counted before the election. If they werent processed that way, the states are completely incompetent.
Some liberal told me on Facebook that the law does not let them early count. That they can only start counting after the polls close. Not sure if that is true.
Were the mail in ballots included at that time? Did all the Democrats mail vote and all the republicans vote in person?
