I work in IT. This is what we call a 'feature' not a 'bug'.
It wasn't a glitch, it was a feature.

I am a retired software engineer. And I HATE that word glitch. It somehow pushes responsibilities for errors away from those who design, program, and test software.
They are BUGS and programmers create them.
