A recorded call that violates 2 party consent may still be used as evidence. The person who made the recording may still be in trouble though.

Well, I think if it's real it should not be hard to prove to the authorities because there would be alot of actual physical evidence to prove what they were doing matched the actions of those instructions heard in the audio tape.

I think the "adhering to their enemies" is the closest to giving a "hook", but given that very few treason charges have ultimately stuck I think it's not a safe way to bet.

Why would they do anything with provisional ballots if the total number of them wouldnt make a difference in the outcome of the election? They should be put aside until the final tabulation of valid ballots is complete and if there aren't enough prov. ballots to change the outcome, then you're done. Otherwise you are wasting your time trying to verify ballot info for what? Those ballots should never get near a tabulator unless they have been fully vetted.
