I feel strongly as well but that's not treason. It's voter fraud. Still a serious crime and should be punished as such.

Pretty sure to be considered treason you have to be doing something with a foreign entity to the detriment of our country.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Article III, Section 3, US Constitution

I think the "adhering to their enemies" is the closest to giving a "hook", but given that very few treason charges have ultimately stuck I think it's not a safe way to bet.
