How can any of this be fixed if they already mixed in the ballots that came in after 8pm? How can we tell which of these are illegitimate if they've already committed the fraud?

If they can prove the presence of even one contaminated ballot in a locked ballot box, they can scrap the whole box.

I still think the ballot should have a unique serial number that can be matched with the voter, for mail in ballots.

Can anyone confirm?
