I wonder if that's why I saw a Utah Civil Emergency Alert on TV earlier. I'm not in Utah, but not too far over the border. I've never seen a warning like that before, I had to look it up to see what it meant. But the only thing on the governor's site then was the number of Bat flu cases going crazy and hospitals almost at capacity.
