my wife and i live in the shithole city of los angeles, so we never bothered getting our MAGA hats since wearing them out in public could literally put us in danger of physical harm.
however, tonight i realized that while voting and supporting trump on the internet is great, he needs money for the attorney fees for the legal battles he will be going through in each state that is being contested. while buying two MAGA hats isn't going to make a huge difference, if all of us who want one get one now it will definitely help.
P.S. - i'm also sick of seeing all my libtard friends and family saying "of course trump lost, no one voted for him" or other dumbass things like that. once all is said and done and trump wins back the presidency, i'm going to officially come out publicly as a trump supporter and make my profile picture be me wearing my new MAGA hat. i'm prepared to lose any friends (and family) that want to delete me over it. i would love if some of you joined me.
I have a MAGA winter hat but rarely wear it because I try to somewhat hide my political views out of fear. Not anymore, wearing that bitch all winter even on those warmer days.
Been wearing my maga winter hat all over CHICAGO since about 2 years ago. Got a big ol trump flag on the house too. Have no fear pede. Believe it or not I’ve only gotten positive responses. A few awkward looks but in general ppl don’t like to start shit or get confrontational. Maybe I’ve just had good luck.
maybe you're right, but i've also heard some pretty bad stories of assaults in my city because of MAGA hats.
I get it, I guess la might be worse actually. More lefty nuts near the ocean.
lmao fair enough. my point is just to show people that yes, the silent majority is real and will be silent no more.
think about it. many trump supporters are like me. the so called "silent majority" or "quiet trump voters". image if a wave of them come out all at once?
but you make a great point. maybe i'll change my picture as soon as my hat comes. that would definitely be more impactful.
that's a good point. then again everyone i know is so polarized that i doubt i could've changed anyone's minds, but i could be wrong. remember, this is LA, and i along with most of my friends grew up here. it's so entrenched in the mindsets of everyone here.
the friends i will lose will be the same no matter when i do it, but i agree it's more impactful to have been open since the beginning.
yeah i mean i have two gay cousins and one that's trans, so i'm pretty much ready for them to never talk to me again even though i have nothing against them. like whatever, be gay, idgaf, but there's more to politics than LGBTQ rights, and that's not the main factor in deciding who i vote for.
it was pretty cool finding out recently about some other closeted pedes that i know, so i am hoping by coming out more will let their presence be known.
but yeah, agreed. the libs are really doing a great job of alienating their base. my mother-in-law actually just recently redpilled her gay friend based on explaining biden's tax plan.
