Last month, SCOTUS deadlocked 4-4 that ballots received after 8pm Nov 3 in PA were not valid. That was the day after ACB was confirmed so she did not participate. When this gets retried, I fully expect ACB to decide to invalidate late votes.
When they apply the same ruling to MI, WI, and others, We're looking at a Trump landslide. 95% chance GEOTUS wins imo
I've heard that ACB would recuse herself from anything having to do with the election, hope that was just a rumor because she should have her say.
Definitely a fake rumor. Have you ever heard of a SC Justice recusing themselves? The US Constitution is quite clear and I would dare say nobody loves the Constitution more than ACB. Constitution says ONLY State Legislatures can change State election laws
