Holy shit, actually it does - but in different times for Pennsylvania. The data is in awkward format - it shows total count of votes and percentages for R and D, but with some math can be converted to total votes and difference between reports:
E.g. between these 2 reports they added only 54 votes (2984522-2984468), but Trump share dropped 56.6%->56.0%, this means they took 17,876 votes away from him:

pennsylvania,2020-11-04T04:08:51Z,0.426,0.56,2984522
There are more places like this, I need to dig deeper.

Notice the "votes so far" column and how it's increasing as more votes get counted.
In row 4242, it's 3572807
But somehow, vote total goes down to 3199165 in next row which is 5 min later.
Why would votes counted total go down ever??? That too by almost 400k.
This same thing happens again in row 4246.

I also noticed Virginia and how they lost 400,000 votes. I checked other swing states and unlike PA they don't have same amount of disappearing votes for Trump (for some reason Biden and Trump have these votes switches from time to time but usually they are 1:1, PA is different as Trump lost 70,000 votes more than Biden due to those switches in edison dump). Looks like they didn't do these "ballot switches" to Biden in GA, WI, MI but they did one time huge dump of Biden's ballots in the middle of the night.
