What if they were prepared for Dominion influence and had the watermarked block chain votes counted seperatly, essentially creating two different tallies. Once the election is over, they'll have record of the block chain saved ballot count compared to the Dominion influenced count?

They are two very different things. One is vote manipulation, the other is introducing fake ballots. Yes, they did both.
it's possible, however since dominion makes the machines, it's highly unlikely. Because the gov would have to put extra hardware to read blockchain, and code in the machine without dominion realizing it
