I saw this when it was originally posted. But I believe that post had a link to the source newspaper where this was published. I checked it, and 202% numbers were not in the news story. It’s a good chance that this was a typo and was subsequently corrected. But check the official precinct data from Milwaukee. If 200%+ turn out is in that, then this is a big deal.
For Ward 273 and Ward 274 it still means basically every household voted in that area!
We could theoretically do that for every ward. checking numbers and how many houses/households are there via maps

Thanks for the research. I think what we’re seeing here is the Dem machine came through that ward and harvested all the ballots and drove anyone who didn’t vote and wasn’t registered to the polls. Does this happen? yes.
But... Is it a wealthy area? Or is it poorer? If poor, then yeah I can see money being exchanged to get everyone to the polls, but that’s just conjecture. Has anyone checked this against Zlllow?

That`s just 1 ward(273). Doesn't seem impossible but still rather weird.

If you substract these 30 Ballots that did not vote downballot that's 5% which would amount to a Turn out of 86%
Hell, looks much more realistic of a turnout. This would make sense considering the size of the ward that they faked 30 ballots late night early morning after they knew the real ballots early evening.
Ward 273 is a ward with a lot of Trump voters. The spread with possible Biden votes and less downballot D votes is probably higher in D wards.

I think you got it. Someone in the elections office is checking for voters who did not vote and completing a ballot secretly. The number of Biden votes without a downticket vote is too high. It’s a fraud indicator. Why vote for Biden if you give the House and Senate to a Republican? And if you are planning to do that, then you vote for a R downticket.
Right, the only counter argument they bring to these allegations is that nevertrumpers voted for Biden but these type of people, if existing, would vote R downballot.

The turnout in many many wards and across Milwaukee is nontheless too high but not impossible.
The inital vote is already high and then until 4am in the morning, I think, they added ballots that are still possible swining the vote to Biden.
Based on those pictures that seems like a nice area. Median home price in Milwaukee is $122K. That’s a strongly middle class neighborhood. Which makes 91.2% a exceptionally high turn out. It could be done, but someone in that area should be dead, in the hospital, on vacation, etc etc. would that lower you below 91%? It should. Since it’s not poor, no one is going to care about $100 for a ballot and would likely report that.
Now if it was a religious area, I can see local churches hammering for weeks on end, “make sure you vote!” But those votes tend to favor Trump. But I don’t see churches on your map either.
What I bet happened was either post-election ballot drop off and collection, with fraudulent post marking of ballots back to Nov 3rd. Nothing makes a bunch of affluent liberals get their shit done is seeing Trump win WI.
Or... someone in the elections office saw these folks didn’t vote and filled out a ballot for them. What you really would need to see is the creation date in the voter registration database for all new voter records. Anything created after Nov 3rd is suspect. And then canvass the neighborhood to confirm that household actually voted and for whom.

That would make the Turnout 86%. Very high but at the upper end of realistic.
That's 30 Ballots that were added during the night! Makes sense. If they added 50 more ballots we would be beyond 100% turnout. It's the right amount that makes sense to add for a criminal trying to skew the vote in that Ward.
