I actually don't know. But let's be optimistic and assume it does: do you seriously trust Romney not to turn on us if he's the tie-breaking vote? We need more than just a 1-seat majority to guarantee the Democrats don't take the senate. So either way, we can't allow them to win these races. It could be the damnation of us all.
You are right but after seeing the support come out for Trump I think Georgia will come in masses to support any GOP member to save America. They can't afford to cheat with everyone watching 1 race
