I keep seeing this so much, I think it might be somewhat of a red herring. It might be true that someone never changed address but unless we can prove that the person cast another ballot at their new residence they will say that they are still a US citizen and eligible to vote for president. We can still pursue this but better off compiling evidence of stolen votes forged votes and major polling location violations.
Nevada has a rule that you must have had a residence there for at least 30 days to be able to vote. So I would assume, if they had left more than a months before the election then their vote should not count.
