Every lawsuit is unique, so there’s really no way to know. There’s already a few lawsuits out there. There is estimated to be a large amount of new Trump lawsuits today. They will have to take the natural course of going through the lower courts and getting appeals to the upper courts, and in some cases, to the Supreme Court. The longer this drags out, the better chance Trump has.
I would expect court cases well into December. “First” court results might be minor wins, maybe by the end of this week or early next week. The Supreme Court was ignored last week by Pennsylvania, so you can expect them to be pretty pissed. We may get something dealing with that sooner than later.
