I know a few of the higher ups from ES&S in my region and all of them have TDS and support ANTIFA. 2 of them have spent a ton of time in Dallas over the last 2 years and Texas is a 14 hr drive from where they normally work. I would bet money they know about or assisted with the fraud in Dallas.
