I get the idea of one digit off being a typo but what is the scenario? They entered 153710, then realized it was wrong and in trying to back it out again made the typo? So a mistake followed by a typo? This sounds too much like an honest mistake :)
No, they entered the typo 100% for biden, then "corrected" it and removed those votes to be entered a few minutes later.
Then the difference between the original incorrect vote count and the correct vote count were added to biden's total immediately rather than being removed.
Yeah, or more cleverly, spread out to many other counties. But that can be done a lot more subtly by hacked tabulators. IMO hacked tabulators are the linchpin and if that can be proven, it's a total nuclear bomb. I can't fucking believe these are internet connected. How can counting be something that requires frequent software updates???
The procedure in a recount should be that everybody brings their own tabulator and if they don't agree, manual count.. nationwide recount!!
(in addition to auditing what categories of votes should be counted at all)

Because it was the difference between the ""'real"" number and the """typo""" number and they had to make it up somehow.
