Twitter: This claim is disputed. Voting only for the president is very common according to media experts.

I’d seriously like to know the historical % of this. Can’t imagine it’s a popular thing to do.

There are NYT articles from 2012 that say fraud and inconsistencies increase when absentee and mail in’s are widely used to vote.

Now none of these fake news media talk a word about the risks of mail in voting ...

As per Twitter the voter fraud percentage is 0.0005%. I don’t know what constitutes fraud by twitters definition.

If a county voting for trump gets switched to pedo now because of a glitch , that’s fraud and it’s damn more than 0.0005% FFS

It's voter fraud if the republican candidate cheats.

It's voter fraud if the republican candidate gets any votes for any reason; it's undeniably legitimate if the democrat gets votes for any reason in every circumstance no matter what and everyone that thinks otherwise is a bigoted, murdering, racist.

Imagine if we had an honest media. Imagine the things we could accomplish.

We’d have a colony on Mars by now.

This is such BS. There is no way to know this.

Plus probabilities mean jack shit when it is a decision. With the stakes of this election the probability was 100%.

what a bullshit number they pulled straight out of their asses lol

fraud, by definition, is often difficult to catch - that's why people do it

Yep. And predictably this always leads to them playing both sides. One on hand: "it never happens" (because it isn't caught) On the other hand, when it is discovered: "see it happens at such a small rate we shouldn't worry about it."

Don't even need to do that. Just compare to the other supposed swing states like OH, MN, IA, FL. Voters in these states should have a similar attitude towards this election and if there is a high amount of voters that literally just wanted to vote for Biden and no one else, they should show up here as well, no?

Maconstate 12 points ago +12 / -0

This needs to be highlighted

12
Trumpsabro 12 points ago +12 / -0

Nah it was just a few counties that were conveniently enough to win key states.

11
Throwawaycuzmeh 11 points ago +11 / -0

Don't even need to do that. Just compare the ballots counted earlier in the night versus later in the night. If the ballots counted after midnight, when all of the poll watchers had "gone home for the night", show wildly disproportionate absence of down-ballot votes, then you're looking at fraudulent manufactured votes.

fazaman 5 points ago +5 / -0

Compare the non swing states, where there's no incentive to cheat. If it's common to vote for just the president, then it should be in a comparable rate in ... Well, really every state.

If you make the effort to show up, surely you spend an extra 15 seconds to vote for everything. I can imagine it being different if voting was mandatory as it is in my country (Aus) but when it's your choice? You fill out the whole ballot.

I guess you could make an argument that 450,000 idiots thought that a vote for president was a "straight ticket" vote. That's the only thing I can think of as an excuse.

AlohaSnackbar 10 points ago +10 / -0

How many "just Trump" votes were there? If 50-150k then these scream fraud. As the number gets higher the counterargument becomes "Because people who hate politics also HATE Trump".

Context is king. And without the "just Trump" numbers, we lack context.

it was pretty low (5.1-6.8%) until McGovern in 1968 when it spiked to 9.7%. It remained above 8.4% until it peaked at 1984 at 11%, and remained high in 1988. Since then it's been 4.7 (1996) - 6.9% (1992) range. Last year it was 5.9%. This year, so far based on results received, it's 3.8% - the lowest on record.

Edit: It's even lower in Michigan and Georgia, 2% in Michigan and 2.2% in Georgia.

Edit 2: Low means very few votes which voted for President but not the House.

Yes true, common even if 450,000 arrived in a van at 4AM and these vans only arrived at democrat pole stations in states that biden ( or any other looser Democrat ) is loosing in. Extremely common form of cheating that occurs during every election. So common we talk about it every two years.

Can't tell if your post is satire or if they actually made that tag.

3
Puglosi4Prison 3 points ago +3 / -0

They did !! Click on one of this Twitter warnings lol it takes you to a page that claims voter fraud is rare , only 0.001% and all that lol

PieCars 2 points ago +2 / -0

What's frustrating is people actually agree with this statement, and don't think it's suspicious that there's such a large gap between senate/house votes and presidential votes

1
Brulz_Lulz 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's so common that the difference for people who only voted for Trump and those that only voted for Biden are measured in the hundreds of thousands.
