They never thought he would fight it. Every 4 years this happens and someone concedes. They never expected him to fight so hard. Now they are fucked.

I believe they have been war gaming this out. In some sense, I am sure they expected this.

My guess is that if trump fights and wins we will have some form of color revolution. Could just be media and pols calling him an illegitimate traitorous dictator and firing up the stochastic lone wolfs, could be two presidents, could be secession, could be war in the streets.
