The fraud is clear in the stats. No real way around it.
But mechanically we need to be able to explain how it was pulled off. Yelling "hammer" and "scorecard" won't get us far with normies and 80 year old judges (even if they are fair minded).

Public voter rolls. Identify rolls for the voters "most likely not to participate in 2020 election" by picking voters who registered 4+ years ago and did not vote in the 2016 or earlier elections. Use public information to fill out a ballot and submit in those people's name. If 100,000 voters were mailed in illegally and only 5,000 of them across the state actually voted on election day, 95,000 illegal votes made it thru.
