The fraud is clear in the stats. No real way around it.

But mechanically we need to be able to explain how it was pulled off. Yelling "hammer" and "scorecard" won't get us far with normies and 80 year old judges (even if they are fair minded).

Supposing a person can fill in one bubble and move a piece of paper in about 3 seconds, that is 20 per minute, 1200 per hour per person. In philly they needed something like 400000 from about midnight 11/3 until about 5pm Friday 11/6, or about 65 hours. In man hours, one could produce 78000 per man in that time, leading to only needing 5.12 People. Thoroughly doable.
. If you had 50 chinese locked in a sweatshop, you could produce 60000 ballots per hour.
