The court has a tendency to make political decisions in order to not look political... re: tweak the law to avoid controversy (obamacare cough cough).

I hope the president's lawyers bottom line it to them that if they let voter fraud this widespread go to appease the dems here and now... it will keep happening and the other half of the country becomes disenfranchised... no longer sees themselves as voluntarily part of the country... and permanently alienated against the government that is no longer representative. This... is worse than a dem temper tantrum today.
