The reason this was done, IMHO, is they figured it would be easier to flip ONE DISTRIC than a whole state, in other words, Ga. might be overturned, Arz. might be overturned on recount, bit with this one vote, its like a whole state, because Trump could get to 269 with just Penn., Geeorgia and THIS ONE DISTRICT. Without this district, Trump would have only 268, that is why they did this, we now have to have a whole other state, even if we win Penn. and Ga.
