She's an affirmative action doctor of philosophy, English Lit. -- everyone who is anyone (of some merit) in the biz knows not to use her as a source. She got a book of hers cancelled by her publisher because it had so many errors in it. She got to where she was able to be labelled an "expert' thanks to working for Gore and Clinton....and being the cute, progressive liberal girl. Her work has always been academic trash, breathlessly written like some third rate bodice ripper (which I honestly think makes up quite the bulk of Naomi's fantasy life).
