disqualified? I think there should be some penalty for rigging election which is more than disqualification.

I agree, but for that to happen, we would have to show that they DIRECTLY committed or directed the fraud. That is a high burden and probably impossible to prove. We know it was their surrogates, but it is going to be difficult to show that they directly did this.

You know what would happen in 2024 then, right? The Dems would rig the election in the Republicans' favor, and then they'd "discover" the fraud and have the Republican candidate disqualified.
