The Dominion thing is going to be where the SC invalidates the election, and send it to the state legislatures to vote. I'm not sure that even allegedly deep blue states like California are actually blue states, they could have frauded their way that way for decades.

Stupid question. But suppose each (or some)/state house delegations vote according to their state's popular presidential vote. This means they vote blue if the state voted biden (without dispute) even if the representatives themselves are majority republican. To me this is a real possibility. Is there a clear victory then?
