In one of their Instagram posts someone commented the two theories, money laundering and crematorium. The company's response was a clarification that they are "four seasons total landscaping" not "four seasons landscaping".

The press conference was held on PRIVATE, fenced off property. The landscaping company allowed them to have it. They are obviously supporters of Trump. This conspiracy theory is fucking RETARDED.

Most likely reason in my opinion:
Someone was staffed with booking a location. Told to book "the four seasons". This person is unfamiliar with the hotel chain, or didn't pay close enough attention, and called this landscaper.
Trump initially tweeted that it would be at Four Seasons Philadelphia. Then he tweeted Four Seasons Landscaping. Then he corrected it to Four Seasons Total Landscaping.
I seriously think this was just a mistake, but they'd rather follow through then admit the mistake. I'm not doubting Trump here, I just don't see the angle.
I think that is the most likely case. but wouldn't the company say something like, "hey we are a landscaping company" or "hello, thanks for calling four seasons total landscaping". Plus it would of have to been swept by USSS before the conference. Another theory could be they wanted the conference in a remote place in Philly to avoid protesters and bomb threats
