Oh, and Republicans hold the legislatures in ALL these states that are in question, they decide the electors per the Constitution. Beyond these levers of power, there is also the possibility of a vote in the House of Reps if the electoral college is tied. In which case, each state gets a vote, yeah, we have 28 of those :) Oh, and if that is tied, it goes to the Senate. We have that, too.
