According to my googling, if the church is St Ann's, it is located in Broken Arrow OK, which is the 1st district.... I am not from there so beyond that I dunno if there is a bunch of St Ann's in the state.

Paper doesn't look right, and there appears to be check marks in some of the locations. Lets assume they are actual ballots, those check marks would be some idiot not filling it in correctly. Poll worker may have ripped it apart and made them do it correctly.

Oklahoma's 5th congressional district was considered safe Republican in 2018, but Democrats flipped it.
They were probably trying to hold that seat if I had to guess (they were unsuccessful). Is the Church located in the 5th CD or just outside it?
