I think that may have been by design. The dems are in a civil war with the radical left. They knew the usual fraud wasn't enough to defeat Trump. So why not let their looniest and least useful radicals take the fall for voter fraud and the DNC can wash their hands of such people and took like patriots for denouncing them?

This is the real reason Tariq Nasheed is freaking out.
