You could look at the total his campaign raised and the amount he contributed himself to get a sense of it. I'm guessing that's all publicly available information. But the match changes all the time, often there is no match, 1000% is not common, so it would be difficult to say precisely just from knowing the totals.

Whoever it is they are wealthy. If it were anyone else (I think) the matches would have to go a separate fund due to FEC individual limits ($2800).
Its the mega rich Trump donors that have already given their limit, legally they are allowed to add to our donation.
