Ooooooooooh, Mike Pence has to certify the results. That's promising!

yeah but I'm sure he can't just unilaterally decide "I'm not signing this"

Honestly, who the hell knows what's going to happen at this point. Not saying your wrong, not saying I'm right, but we're in some uncharted waters right now. Let's see how things play out.

Agreed.

Uncharted waters is exactly it. America has never before had an “election” that is unbecoming even of the most fruity banana republics.

If the vote comes down to the house voting instead if the electors which Trump would have advantage, what would happen if drunk Pelosi decided to not hold a vote?

It’s not “the house” it’s the house delegation. So Alaska gets one vote, Texas gets one vote, California gets one vote, etc.

There are more Republican delegations than Democrat ones. 26v24 iirc

I think it's more than that. Don't we have like 32?

Iirc Reps control 26, Dems 22, and 2 are evenly split (Pennsylvania and Michigan, ironically).

Can you explain this to me further? What exactly is a delegation and how do we know we have more than the Dems?

She can't. The Constitition specifies the quorum rules.

Consitution specifies the election be held on

"the Tuesday next after the first Monday in the month of November"

Yet, here we are. With Biden getting creamed on the Tuesday after the first Monday in the month of November, and then stealing the election afterwards

Could be the reason why we haven’t seen or heard a peep out of him.

We did. He said that we're going to win.

It is, but I hope that is not a formality.

Pence only presides over the electoral vote count. He does not participate.
