Serious question: Does Rudy and Geotus have time to get this through SCOTUS before the deadline? I was just listening to Dennis Prager and his guest sounded like the timeline was too tight to present all of the fraud so they have to focus on only certain types and only certain of the swing states.

And why can not this be brought directly to SCOTUS? Would figure there has to be some sort of qualifier, and not knowing - I assume this would be one.
