Family called to complain, got nowhere with nursing home management. She says she voted Trump. I did check the absentee ballot was returned, hopefully with her choice filled out.

Make sure she was actually in the Memory Care wing (which is what your quote is describing). If she was in the Independent Living or Assisted Living, she could be fine mentally.
Which are the worst cases but you will see dementia in most parts of assisted living.
I don't know if this 105 year old woman was fit enough to vote. Should be possible to find signatures to compare if anyone actually starts an investigation.

Dementia patients wanted a president with dementia, nothing unusual, move along.

The workers at the homes did this? I thought no one was allowed to visit nursing homes.
They get paid for them, it's the care workers that harvest them and they get money for them from someone further up the chain.
You'll find every single resident of that care home had their ballot harvested.

Yeah, definitely worth looking into if ballot harvesting happened there - if it's illegal under the state law.
