I was not trying to suggest a permanent set back, but from a practical standpoint it would be like rolling back the clock 100 years in terms of daily life in a lot of ways.
If truckers strike it is going to be catastrophic to blue cities.

Well, a setback of 100 years would mean they would have to almost re-invent the airplane, automation, power grid, etc.

Naah. Just democrat-run cities. The rest of the nation will do just fine.
