basically, the amount of ballots necessary to be fraudulent for it to be addressed has been met...and not just met, it exceeded the amount.

“Threshold identification” indicates they are using broad analytics to identify potentially fraudulent ballots. For example, looking at counties with high turnout, people over 90 voting, etc etc. everything we have been looking into.
