Isn't ALL VOTER FRAUD detrimental to the election process? Concentrated and targeted voter fraud in select areas can flip elections. Is that not important as well???
If Gore could have forged 1000 Floridian votes in 2000, he'd have been president. That would not have been "widespread" voter fraud, but it would have flipped a Presidential election.
Why is the concern with "widespread" voter fraud and not "all" voter fraud?
