It reminds me of discussions about brokered convention in 2016 because many assumed Trump wouldn't get 50%. He did. Now why do you assume there will be a need to involve the Court? Looks like he'll hold NC and GA, get AZ and NV, and maybe Alaska will finally wake up? So he'll need just one more. WI most likely, maybe MI. PA is a clusterfuck and unfucking it will probably take way beyond the deadline, but once he has 270 there's no hurry.
Trump knew well in advance that all this fraud was going to take place, and that this was ultimately going to be decided in the courts.
