Csv file has the vote share columns which is used to calc each candidates votes. The vote share columns only have a precision of 3 decimal places. This leads to vote shaving, needs to be at least 7 decimal places of precision.

Other thing i have found is only a handful of states show huge disparity in bote percentage for biden. Trump has some but number of votes in the batch is low, where biden has many batches over 98%.
As someone who lived in Connecticut for 20 years, I can tell you it is a cesspool of corrupt democrats and I've always wondered how they've been able to slip under the rug for so long with very little attention. We need to start paying attention to Connecticut.

We had a better than average chance of flipping it Red for Monica Cruz De La Hernandez but her opponent that shows up only during election time and doesn’t campaign or debate got ALL the votes in the valley even though she had strong support there too.

I believe (without looking at the CSV) that he sorted the poll counts by date, and his Python script identified rows where the later count was smaller than the previous count. He also added a column for the Delta (change) which shows either a negative or positive number. Should be positive in legit elections.
After the code runs, he prints out this result and highlights the "negative" lines.
Note that all states are combined, so he had to be careful to only compare each line to the previous line for that state
