No. This is all nonsense. There is no ink that can be detected as GPS. There were no watermarks. You don't need a "Quantum computer" to do what would be very basic computing. This is conspiracy nonsense which is created to gain clicks / drive you crazy / make you look crazy if you share it on facebook, thereby lessening the credibility of our fraud allegations.

Smells like BS to me. "Quantum blockchain" feels like someone playing buzzword bingo, and I really don't see how even the GEotUS would get a significant number of voting districts to employ an "invisible watermark" system without word getting out. Remember, ballots are printed at the local level, not the national.
