Having trouble tracking down a source on votes remaining but https://www.realclearpolitics.com/elections/live_results/2020/state/az/president/ has 97% reporting with 3.3M votes in, that would imply there's around 100K votes remaining, which means if there's at least a 57% trend for Trump in the remaining votes (I believe there is), then Trump takes Arizona.
