Realistically this all needs to be publicly exposed, indicted and cleared up with clear media coverage by December 13th. Because the next day, state legislators decide whether to accept the popular vote or elect their own EC electors. Then by the end of the 14th, the Electoral College votes are finalized.
Potential for that deadline to be extended to January 5th. Because on January 6th, Congress meets and the House officially votes on whether to accept the Electoral Colege votes as legitimate or decides to invalidate the EC electors and vote for their own EC votes.
Trump would win the latter. But early January is so far away that it’ll just give time for the media and Antifa to bully the public into believing that the entire process should be thought of as illegitimate.
So December 13th really has to be when everything is signed sealed and delivered. Preferably much much sooner.
